I've been a hairstylist for over 12 years, and I've learned some hard lessons along the way. I've experienced burnout. I've pushed my body too far. I've said yes when I should have said no. And through all of that, I discovered something important: technical skill alone isn't enough.

You need the whole picture. The razor cutting techniques and clean color formulations, yes—but also the business strategies, the boundary-setting skills, and the self-care practices that actually keep you in this industry for the long haul.

Today, I run Naked Eye Beauty salon between my home studio in Glendora and in LA, working with clients who value clean, holistic hair care. But my real passion? Teaching stylists like you how to build careers that feel as good as the hair you create looks.
